On-Site Custom Air Seeder Rebuilds

Our process starts with an in-depth inspection of your machine, anywhere in the US, at no cost to you.

After one of our equipment specialists have gone over your machine, we will help you put together a complete service plan to keep your machine running at the lowest possible maintenance cost while still achieving maximum output.

Airseeder Rebuild

At Quality Drills, we believe that every rebuild is unique to the needs of each individual farmer and we will help you find the best solution for your farm, selecting from all of the industries most reputable aftermarket products.  

Once an in-depth service plan has been created and agreed upon, we will schedule a time that adheres to your planting deadlines to service your equipment.  

All services are performed on-site at your farm to help minimize downtime, and most rebuilds take between 1-5 days.  

Our service crews are specialized air seeder and planter mechanics who have refined their knowledge over the years by working on these machines specifically.  Our expertise allows us to work very efficiently which helps reduce labor costs for our clients.

Need a full rebuild?

Have a 50 series tool bar and want to update your row units?

We offer a row unit core swap option for certain situations. We will come out, remove your old row units and replace them with updated, fully rebuilt 90 series rows.

All row units come with a 3 year, 30,000 acre warranty.

We offer tool bar re-spacing for all John Deere no-till drill models and series.

We can help convert your 10” or 7.5” drill into your desired toolbar spacing.
