With hands-on expertise in John Deere no-till drills, air seeders, and planters, Stefan leads the company’s technical direction and oversees rebuild standards across all equipment. He’s spent years in the field — running service trucks, turning wrenches, and working alongside farmers — and still brings that same work ethic to every project Quality Drills takes on.

Known for his no-nonsense approach and deep knowledge of air seeders, Stefan has helped Quality Drills become a trusted name among farmers and dealers across North America.

Devin Marcin — Operations Manager

As Chief Operating Officer at Quality Drills, Devin leads the day-to-day operations across equipment sales, service, marketing, and customer experience. She’s the driving force behind the company’s growth and brand — building relationships with farmers, dealers, and partners across North America.

With a strong background in agriculture, marketing, and operations management, Devin balances hands-on industry expertise with an eye for innovation. She also runs Quality Drills’ digital presence — from social media to marketing campaigns — helping expand the company’s reach while keeping its reputation for field-tested honesty and transparency front and center.

When she’s not managing operations or traveling for the business, you’ll find Devin out behind the lens as “The Airseeder Chick” — building a personal brand that connects with farmers nationwide.

Josh Greer — Blackfoot, ID

Based out of Blackfoot, Idaho, Josh brings a strong background in generator sales and service to his role at Quality Drills. With a passion for helping farmers succeed and a deep understanding of equipment performance, Josh is committed to making sure every customer gets the right tool for the job — and the support they need to keep it running.

When he’s not on the road visiting farms, Josh is at home with his wife and two kids. A proud family man, he values hard work, honesty, and doing right by the people he serves.
